MEDITATION ON THE BEACH
The Ocean has captured the hearts of human-beings since time immemorial.
Blue spaces are vital to our emotional and mental health.
Studies show that those living on the coast or near water generally report better mental wellbeing over those living inland in built up cities.

This is why I began holding meditation groups on the beach, for like minded people to come together, connect and appreciate their love of our beautiful coast.

Group meditations circles are held every month.
Bringing calm to a hectic life can seem almost impossible, especially in the world of today. However I promise you it is entirely possible.
All I ask is you allow just one hour to devote to yourself.
This is about becoming aware of yourself, being present, in the here and now and offering yourself a bit of mindfulness.
These groups are open to everyone regardless of age, background or belief.
