I combine my love of the coast and blue spaces, along with coaching, counselling techniques and spiritual practices to help others ride the waves of life.
I want to work together, to help you realise just how capable you are. I know you can facilitate the change in your life that you want to see, you may just need a little guidance along the way!
Many more adults are realising later in life that they are affected by symptoms of ADHD/ADD. Whether it is finding focus, adapting to change or tackling life's obstacles, we can work together.
